What is Able Audit SAAS?

What is a user license?
[vc_column_text]Access to Able Audit is provided by purchasing individual user licenses for your company.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”]
Can I assign roles to users?
[vc_column_text]Yes you can assign roles to users. Common roles that are assigned include:
- Administrator that controls user access and billing
initial license for first users is $50.00 CAD / user/ month - Auditor/JHSC member that perform inspections, and manage documents
license is $15.00 CAD / user/ month - Users that can view reports and follow up on action items.
license is $15.00 CAD / user/ month - Viewers/ that have read only access to inspection reports and documents
starting license is $5.00 CAD / user/ month

Can I control what users can see inspections?
[vc_column_text]Yes you can set up individual users or groups to be able to access or view specific reports.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”]
Is there a limit to the number of users?
[vc_column_text]There is no limit to the number of licenses/users that that can be added to your company.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”]
Can I brand the application?
[vc_column_text]Yes you an upload your logo and change the colour settings to match your branding. Custom login portals are also available, contact us for additional information.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”]
Do you have a library of checklists?
[vc_column_text]Yes we have a library of over 100 free checklists that you can access. You can also upload or create your own checklists.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”]
Is there a limit on the number of locations or number of inspections?
[vc_column_text]There are no limits to the number of locations that you can inspect or number of inspections. There is a generous 2GB data storage limit per user.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”]
What are the data storage limits?
[vc_column_text]There is a generous 2GB data storage limit per user. This is a cumulative total for a company. For example 4 user licenses would be allotted 8 GB for your entire company.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”]
What is the uptime guarantee?

Can I use my own processes and report? Is it customizable?

How much is a license?
[vc_column_text]Your first license is an administrator that controls user access and billing. The initial license for first user is $50.00 CAD / user/ month. Once your account is created, you can add additional users below.

How am I billed?
[vc_column_text]The administrator of your company manages billing and users under a single monthly or annual billing agreement.
Invoicing is available for organizations with annual plans and more than 10 users.[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”20px”]
What is the cancellation policy?
